We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and transparent. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Cancelling Before Dispatch
If you wish to cancel your order before dispatch, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
- Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a refund
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- Refund processing may take 5–10 working days depending on your bank or payment provider
Please note:
- Orders cancelled after invoice processing or warehouse preparation may be subject to an administration charge
- Bespoke, made-to-order, customised, or special-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started
Returns After Delivery
Under UK consumer regulations, customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order.
To qualify for a return:
- The item must be unused and in original packaging
- Furniture must not have been assembled, installed, or modified
- Products must remain in resalable condition
- Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for:
- Safe return packaging
- Return delivery costs unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied
Large furniture items may require a collection service arranged by us. Collection charges may apply and may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Goods
We request that all goods are inspected upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Please provide clear photographs and a description of the issue
- Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be accepted
Where appropriate, Garden Furniture Hub Ltd may offer:
- Replacement parts
- Repair service
- Product replacement
- Partial or full refund
We reserve the right to inspect or request photographic evidence before approving any refund or replacement request.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:
- Clearance items
- Ex-display products
- Made-to-order or customised products
- Used or assembled furniture
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, weather exposure, or improper storage
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain accessories and gas-related products may also be non-returnable once opened.
Refund Timeframes
Once your return has been received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days
- Refunds are issued only to the original payment method
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to display refunded amounts.
Failed Deliveries & Refused Orders
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Accurate delivery information is provided
- Adequate access is available for large furniture items
- Someone is present to accept delivery
If delivery fails due to:
- No access
- Incorrect address
- Customer absence
- Items not fitting through entrances
Additional delivery or collection charges may apply.
Returned orders may also be subject to a restocking fee to cover transport and handling costs.
Outdoor Furniture Care
To maximise the lifespan of your outdoor furniture:
- Cushions should be stored indoors when not in use
- Furniture covers are recommended during adverse weather
- Glass components should be inspected immediately upon delivery
- Damage caused by storms, misuse, or incorrect storage is not covered under warranty
Proper maintenance helps preserve the appearance and durability of premium outdoor furniture and outdoor kitchen products.
